CERAMIC BALL POLISHING

The process begins with the all previous coating being stripped and revealing the bare substrate. The entirty of the rim is painstakingly prepared by hand down to a 2000 grit sand paper. The rim is then submerged into the polishing unit with a combination ceramic compound and chemical component that gets finer each stage. The slow vibration gradually polishes the rim in its entirety taking up to eight hours per stage. The rims once completed can be either painted in the desired areas or just clear coated. Ensuring the protection of the final mirror like finish.
