After working closely with the best manufactures within Australia we designed and built our 7000l strip tank. This allows us to strip 30-40 rims depending on size in anyone batch. Running a locally produced alkaline chemical allows us to strip the rims at a temperature of 65 degress and takes 3-5 hours depending on the coating.
Once stripped the batch is transferred to a separate stabilising bath before being removed.
Our closed loop system ensures all removed coatings and safely captured withing the filter and then disposed of safely ensuring proper safety towards the staff and our environment.
The waste water from the stabilising tank is processed thoroughly through three different stages and as per our trade waste agreement with Yarra Valley Water is only dumped once it offers no danger to the public or environment.
